GeDiMINT: Peer-to-Peer-Counselling

The aim of the GeDiMINT project is to gradually establish a peer-to-peer advisory service in which researchers support each other to implement gender-related aspects into their research. In this manner, experiences, best practices and valuable knowledge can be passed on and applied in a decentralized manner in an informal way.

What is available

The GeDiMINT team is already offering consultations to all researchers. If you are interested in gender consulting, please contact us anytime: gedimint@tu-braunschweig.de

What is planned?

The various activities in the GeDiMINT project shall result in increasing decentralized expertise. This is meant to establish a peer-to-peer counselling structure. During this process, the GeDiMINT team and the research service support researchers. Among other things, the GeDiMINT team provides successful counselling strategies and tools in how-to papers.
In addition, an internal TU consulting profile database is being set up. Both consulting needs and offers are listed with profiles so that partnerships can be found independently. Already established gender databases also help to find national and international colleagues offering their expertise.
