This field of action includes various event formats to strengthen competencies and interdisciplinary exchange around gender dimensions through collegial dialogue. The development of competitive incentive structures serves as a model. The measures are also being evaluated to promote the willingness and ability to integrate gender dimensions and contribute to a change process.
